Default Right side weakness

July 2014 accident, leaving me with varying impairments including right side weakness which while improving still has a long way to go. I now know where my right foot and arm are thus falls and balance issues are less, but after about 40 to 45 minutes of repetitive use that old tired, almost electrical feeling comes back and the extremities become weak and don't want to continue working.

If one was to use a band saw and cut me through the middle of the arm/leg it is this outside part of limbs which are affected, especially when it gets to lower part of arm and leg - the extremities as I call it - arm being worse than leg.

A neurologist as good as said my imagination then conceded maybe C7 spine may be slightly impaired based on his physical examination. Physio likened it to brain shutdown/overload, that part of brain responsible for this area, shuts down.

Is there a way to fix this, if so how and who might be able to guide me or is this just the way it is going to be. I always find it hard to describe the feeling other than saying not normal . . . mind you as most of us know, explaining a lot of things now can be a mission in itself depending on fatigue levels.
