switching states of mind
has anyone experienced difficulty in switching states of mind? for example: before a big event you may have some adrenaline and be a bit anxious. after the event (interview, presentation, whatever), you generally calm down right away and move on to other stuff. it seems that now i can't calm down right away and it takes me many hours to stop feeling "hyper" or anxious, not sure which.
anyone else experience something like this? if so, what's a good way to force yourself to snap back to not being hyper or calm down?
