Default Caffeine

I'm almost at 16 months post concussion. Still having terrible symptoms.

I'm looking at green tea specifically an extract for the EGCG. It has 4 mg caffeine per capsule.

Do any of you drink green Tea? Have you had any increase in symptoms?

I would take the caps when I woke to test it out but wanted to ask here first.
