Early on, I had big setbacks from non-concussive hits. I think what matters is not trying to classify your hit to the head it as a concussion or not but that you have symptoms and that those need to be managed. Try to keep your anxiety down if you can. Avoiding situations where you may hit your head is important too. You sound like you've been successful in your recovery. My advice is to do what you did to get to 95%.

Red90,

Jake gave you good comments. I would just add that you should seriously consider to contact sports or activities for an extended period of time. A falling basket ball is noting compared to a head to head impact that could change your life, even permanently. Your history suggests you need to protect your head.
