Default BCAA Supplement?

Are Branch Chain Amino Acids present in fish oil supplements? If not, I was thinking that I need to supplement with BCAAs since I don't eat much meet. Seems like these are important for the brain. Does anyone else take them? If so, how much?

Thank you.

No fish oil is not a good source of BCAA's. Whey protein is a good source and pork has the most of all meats. Soy has some but comes with phytoestrogen that has many concerned.
