Default Back on low dose of effexor, Feb 2017

I'm back on a low dose of Effexor. Last year I couldn't tolerate 37.5 mg after a few days.

Now I am starting out on 1/3 of a 37.5mg capsule. The dose is roughly 12.5mg. This is the Dr. Hain protocol.

I am supposed to up my dose by a third each week and hopefully stay at 37.5 mg.
