I don't understand this 'objects' idea. Unless something is in my vision or I can hear it, I cannot range it.

Can you post a specific situation where you have had this struggle ?

Sure: walking under a door frame I feel the need to keep looking at it as I'm walking under it rather than just walk underneath it... regular size door so there is certainly no way that thing is near me.

IBR,

Trust!

I think I understand where you are coming from. I do not always feel,as secure on my feet as I did but I have no ill effects from those feelings.

Recently I started doing 360's on a moving treadmill, jogging backwards on it and other such things to challenge myself to trust the continual evidence of being fine....still that nagging deal that wasn't there before, but NO evidence to give it any credence.

Trust yourself when you have no evidence to give your doubts any authority.
