Welcome to NeuroTalk. You may be experiencing vaso spasms. I have them from time to time. They were chronic for a few months then went away. They returned a few weeks ago for a few day. I get them in the same location. But, it would be worthwhile to call the doctor or a medical advice nurse if your health care plan offers an advice line. If you can, check your blood pressure when this happens. If these head aches include any loss of motor control/ unequal smile or nausea or speak difficulties, have your wife take you to the emergency department.
