Oh my, that is a very complicated to answer, and each of us is different.

Maybe we can go back and forth via PM?

First off try to figure out the triggers, and thats hard.....

If we can figure a trigger, then try some stuff out......

I have heard brushing helps some, it is used on autistic, ADHA, and ADD patients.( thats was my experiance)

I have lots of problems with sound, touch, smell, sight, all start my symptoms.
