Hello,
Does anyone have any insight on which one is the most important? Sleep quality is obviously very important, but how important is the time you go to sleep? I am pretty much a night owl, I sleep at 1 am maximum and wake up at 9 am. Is it bad to have late night sleep with PCS or does it not matter? In other words, irrelevant? Thanks! |

If you are waking up refreshed at 9 am after going to sleep at 1 am, that is fine. I go to sleep at 2 am and wake at 8:30 or earlier.
I get great quality sleep. I sometimes wake naturally at 6:30.

What do you mean by tight schedule?
I can understand that 9:30 messed you up. Logically, I think, that any sleep pattern that is bad for a healthy uninjured brain, will be bad for a brain that is injured. Thanks for your answer ![]() |

I understand. Logically, I think like you, that the sleep quality is more important than when you sleep during the night.

I go to bed at 8pm every night....Get up between 4 to 430am....On those days if I over sleep, I will feel it....To much rest for me is just as bad as not enough. Now I cant explain why? But after 16 years it works for me. |
