Hello,
Does anyone have any insight on which one is the most important? Sleep quality is obviously very important, but how important is the time you go to sleep? I am pretty much a night owl, I sleep at 1 am maximum and wake up at 9 am. Is it bad to have late night sleep with PCS or does it not matter? In other words, irrelevant? Thanks! |
