Default TBI/PCS & Napping

IM going to post my full story pretty soon I just dont have the patience to type up the last 21 months of my life right now lol

The only symptom that I havent read about on this forum is people having a problem when they wake up from a nap.... Towards the beginning of my issues Id constantly be fatigued through the day, mentally and physically so Id essentially have to take a nap. Literally my eyes were watering and closing themselves on me with little to no control.

So id nap and figure well if my body wants to sleep it must be trying to repair itself or whatever... as soon as Id wake up, generally 1-2hrs later id be so EXTREMELY groggy and irritable that I could barely communicate with anyone. ID be miserable and even more awkward than before the nap...

The length of the nap seemed to make a small difference, but as soon as id fall asleep and wake up again id be in that state....

Did anyone else ever come across anything like this?

Thanks
Mikeyy
