I go to acupuncture every other week. If anything it gives me a time to relax and for a few hours after i feel very calm. I have heard you need to continue to go for it to work but the one i go to they focus on your whole body/breathing in order to relieve the TN pain. I recommend it just from my experience with it. I don't know if it's helping the TN or if its my medicine but I will say I have felt better since I started it.
Good Luck! PS .. i asked about this before and someone told me you really have to like where you go to because the acupuncturist makes a huge difference. The first place i went to was awful and chose to try another place which i now love. so give it a few shots! |
