I think when you eat the basic ones...
alpha linolenic acid (omega-3) linoleic acid (omega-6) They get used up quickly. Since the compounds that arise from them are normal? you must be eating/consuming enough. Since Omega-6 are plentiful in the diet and Omega-3 are not, you might consume a bit more Omega-3 just as insurance. i.e. flax oil or flax cereal, etc.
