Default Is there a such thing of taking to much vitamins

Hello

I have started taking vtiamins since i am turning40 yrs old!

I am taking B12 1000, D3, Flaxiseed,One a day multi vitiam, Glussimine 2000, Magnesium???

Another thig the magnesium has oxide in it is should i switch being some say it is useless??

Is this over doing it!!
