hi all sorry, im sure this has been asked but is there a b complex that you all would recommend?
also my rheum just tested for b6 folate and b12, serum and they were normal should i have gotten my thiamine tested as well are there people here who have had high serum values but still have a deficiency or is that really rare ooh also are there nutritional deficiencies that cause mild tissue swelling? i know hypothyroidism and sex hormones can cause it... or could just having an old nerve injury cause tissue swelling? tia!

alot of people who have come to these forums have used
Jarrow's with good results: http://www.iherb.com/Jarrow-Formulas...eggie-Caps/110 The only caveat is that there are a few people who may "flush" or tingle at the 25mg niacin dose. This typically happens with higher doses, but I wanted to mention it to you.

If you applied concentrated peppermint oil to the skin... that
can be irritating. Essential oils are supposed to be diluted. http://www.aromaweb.com/articles/dil...entialoils.asp

No, it is because of a pathway PGD2.
Aspirin blocks this... one aspirin 325mg (not enteric coated), 45 minutes before the niacin blocks the flush. Excess cox-2 prostaglandins may reflect poor Omega-3 status in the diet. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Niacin This effect is not so much a problem with the small amounts of niacin in the multi you are using...but reflects your own metabolism that may be on the "inflammatory" side of things.
