Default High copper level in blood

My rheumy did a couple more blood tests because of my neck pain, and copper serum is 208 ( range is 72-166 ), C reactive protein quant is 20.6 ( range 0.0 - 4.9 ) and aldolase is 2.4 ( range 3.3 -10.3 ). My ESR was 22 ( 0-20 ) and my ANA was 25.5 ( 20-60 moderate positive ). I know that my ANA is positive, and I had a cold at the time of blood drawing, so I was expecting the ESR to be elevated too, but what about the rest ? My dr.'s office never called me, their policy is they don't call if the results are normal, so I asked for a copy of the results, and when I saw these abnormal results I called the office right away, but they still didn't return my call ( it's Monday and I called Friday ).
I red that birth control pills can elevate the copper level, and I'm on BCP.
