Default high CRP - rheumy not concerned ??

My CRP was 20.6 a month ago ( normal range 0.0-4.9 ) and my rheumy is NOT concerned?? I just see him in his office, and he said because I had a cold and sinusitis at the time of the test that maybe caused it, but nothing else. For the high copper level of 208 ( 72-166 ) he said the level changes during the day, so that's not a concern either ??
