Default Better Omega Supp?

Can you tell me which is better. The epha:dha 6:1 formula omega which has 500 mg of epa and says between 25 and 100mg of dha. This says for minor pain support. Or the regular fish oil by nature made that has 1200mg per pill. I am confused on this. The other brand is metagenics
