Default Help!!!!!!...asap

HI, there

I don't know if this would be the best place to even get what I’m looking for...but wait i don't even know that.

Let me give you a little back round. I am a 27 year old female. I Have been diagnosed with anxiety, personality disorder, clinical ( comes and goes) depression, post traumatic stress. I have came a long way and have a pretty normal life but still deal with my P.D a lot. I suffer a bit from impulse. But i consider myself pretty confident half the time and vibrant.

I took "E" ( ecstasy, if that’s how u spell it). It's been about 42 hours and i still feel pretty panic, but dropped about 6o percent, I’m smoking weed to be a little calmer but it's making me crazy in other ways, racing thoughts, i feel like I’m watching a slide of pictures and there my thoughts. The thing is i don't want to see a doctor cause he will give me medication to stable things out for a couple day or a week. Funny huh? I'm scared to take medication but I’ll take an "E". It was really stupid, school started back up Monday and i was stressed. Anything i could take natural or anything. I feel a lot of confusion

Hi
I hope you are feeling better.

I saw Shelley responded to your post on Mental Health board and I so agree.....going to doctors and waiting in hospitals is often tedious but when one is in crisis that really is the best way.

hot lemon juice (one fresh lemon squeezed into a cup of boiled water) is very good for liver after a chemical onslaught and Milk Thistle is a herb recommended for liver detox.

also soaking in a warm tub with 2 cups epsom salts can help with detoxing

others may have more helpful suggestions but that is what comes to my mind first. Hoping this experience will help you stay away from E in future....it totally destroyed a friend of mine's life back in the 80s

Hope you feel better soon. Drink lots of water to flush your system out. No more E, that stuff is dangerous and could kill you. Countering the effects by smoking weed can also have a negative effect on the system if it's not prepared to calm down yet. Be careful and please see a doctor if you don't feel better. We've all made mistakes before so your not alone.

Hot Lemon Detox:
1 cup boiled water with fresh squeezed juice of one lemon
(if too sour you can add some honey) Keep drinking it as often as needed.

re the cannabis, where it can have very positive medicinal benefits for some , it is however also known to increase paranoia and phobia and anxiety for others, so do be careful, in case it is actually fueling the very things you are using it to try to stop

I hope you are feeling better and managed to get some rest.

A physician once told me that vigorous exercise and lots of water will help to flush out the body of toxins.

As you are aware, the choices you are making to help you cope with your depression and anxiety problem will only lead to more destruction.

Are you able and would you be willing to talk with a mental health professional about healthier alternatives? In addition, just speaking with someone might help to alleviate the stresses that you are feeling.

Many have said that the B vitamins and Fish Oil tablets can be calming. However, if you try vitamins without going to a doctor or a nutritionist, I would experiment with small to moderate dosages only. Melatonin is used at night by some to help with insomnia. I think 1-3 mg. is a common dosage. Often the folks who work at the health food stores are fairly good when it comes to worthwhile information. However, I think these things are really just temporary or add on treatments, especially when the problem is as great as what you have described.

If you don't have one already, ask around for a caring and experienced medical doctor who is willing to work with you and your personal needs. Since you have described many emotional issues, you might need to see a medical doctor who treats in this area, and you should probably do this right away!

If you are tempted to treat yourself with illegal substances again because your discomfort is out of control, don't hesitate to go to the ER.

Thank You everyone that gave suggestions and concerns to me. I did not make it too the hospital but am feeling 60% better. I went to school today and got my brain working, it was too depressing sitting in bed for 3 days.

I am going to drink the lemon drink tomarrow. As for the fish oil and vitamin B i am looking into that already. Especially the fish oil tablets. Any suggestions on brans?

In a way i'm glad i took it, now i can be almost something like a spokes person ( not literatly) and tell as mush people as i can if the topic comes up, that it is stupid and the longest hang over ever!!!
