Hello All! Today I had my first PT session. We are going to put some strength in my lower back first. So, my feet are not affected and that's perfect.

Jo55 - Please try to keep that storm in CA and out of Nevada! (Fat chance, huh. That baby is going to make a big mess in some places. Poor Denver - they just keep getting one after another.)

Jan, congrats on the job. I canceled a job interview today on count of bad diarrhea from the anti-biotics.

Oh I started out good...went to Curves with just an apple in my tummy.
But then I went to lunch....had an awesome blossom (that's a deep fried onion with dipping sauce...we asked for more sauce) Then had a HUGE hamburger with blue cheese and chopotle sauce w/french fries. Brought half of it home and now I keep glancing sideways at it.

You gals are making me hungry! I two want tea only, with me it's rasberry tea and I want mine with ice. Sorry I haven't been on in a few days. befuddled2 wants me to tell you Hi. She is having computer problems, but will post when she can. She is also been sick with lung & sinus infection. She has a job interview tomorrow. I do hope she get to feeling better soon.

Me I am as happy as a lark. I got a new SUV today. It's a Rendezvous Buick. I just love it. I want to go someplace, but I had to work at the farm today & be there for an inspection. Of all times to be out there! I wanted to come in town and pick up my auto & I felt like time stood still there for a while. Yesterday, Mark & I looked at different SUV's then last night we let the salesman know and he went and got it today. It's gold in color and has everything on it. Well I better back on out of here and eat supper & make more tea! I haven't weighted, but my sugar was down to 66 at noon, so I'm not on a sugar overload or nothing like that.

I dunno what I'm talking about Jo.....I don't know what I need to make my laptop Internet accessible from the hotel. Thanks for the links though--I went to the eBay link and found a seller that I just emailed a question to that I think has the part I need. If not, I bet he knows what I DO need. I don't know why I don't think of eBay....... Thanks a bunch honey!!!

Jan if you have a oversize plug in place on the lap top {kind of like a phone plug connector only bigger??} that is for a network or cable connection.

If the hotel/motel has outlets for wired cable internet access {DSL} all you need is a network cable to plug it in.

If they have WiFi {wireless internet} then you need the wireless card or even a USB wireless plug in thing.

What is the Mac laptop that you have ?
- you can look it up here - if it is fairly new it might already have wireless and network built in to it.

This rasberry tea is sugarless gals and I think it could be used for popcicles. I use the Crystal Light brand and it has the best flavor. You can perchase it at Walmart. Walmart carries there own brand also, but the flavor is different. It is all premeasured in little tubs & all you do is add water.

Yes, Curious I love the SUV. It is pretty in gold. I first wanted a white one and this one looked so much better.

might not be the same model...but sure is pretty suv billie. my suburban is white. i like the gold color better.
