Has anyone tried Alli? It's the pill that absorbs some of the fat from the food you eat. I haven't tried it because it's a little pricey. I think it was called Zenical before it went OTC. I'd like to try it but $50 for a month's supply seems a little steep.

I've seen that advertised Kitty but don't know anyone who has actually tried it...AND I hate taking pills....have to take enough without adding another one for weight control.
I was thrilled today to find the roadside stand about 3 miles up from us with fresh asparagus!!! Got four big bunches. That place also has great strawberries when they are in season. Got sunflower kernels to put in the salad tonight. Behave everybody...we can do this!!

what else??? carrots, couple of strawberries and 2 dark chocolate kisses! our fridgerator is partially broken...the top half of the freezer is not working....great jsut what we need! bizi Bet you enjoyed your asparagus!

Sorry about the fridge Bizi....maybe Mr.Bizi can fix that too.
the asparagus was WONDERFUL!! So was the talopia! (chipotlia lime flavor) Going out for an early lunch so just had 2 pieces of bacon for breakfast. *I think I mispelled both talopia and chipotlia but you knew what I meant.

Asparagus and talapia are two of my favorite foods! I love the fish baked or grilled.....with some lemon pepper. YUM!!
I did pretty good yesterday. Had a Healthy Choice entree for lunch and then another one for dinner. Also had a snack of chopped zuccchini, yellow squash and onions sauteed in about a teaspoon of Smart Balance. Didn't eat after 6 PM and drank lots of water. I am determined to get this last 15 pounds off before the middle of June. Everyone have a great day!!

we eat alot of talapia!
just a bit of olive oil then some cajun spices, cooks up in minutes!!! even the frozen kind is good almost always no bones, our favorite fish! so glad to hear your aspargus was good! repair guy comes this morning thank good ness. Hope he can fix it soon! gym last night, weights and tred mill for 30 minutes. Don't quite know about this weekends gym visit/dieting...we have that music festival......and company! bizi

he was able to come and fix the refridgerater!!!
yippie that was quick, he happened to be in the area he said...it was a common part that failed usually around 5 years...ours is 8 years old so it lasted a long time! great service! bizi

Had Pollack for lunch with cold slaw and steamed veggies and got a compliment!! That really makes you feel good when someone notices you've lost some weight! Loved ones don't count cause they are always saying nice things to you. *grin (unless they are teenagers.)
I planted my window boxes!! Hope I don't live to regret it!
