Talking Happy Tuesday check in~
Good Morning and how is your day? I got up bright and chipper this morning. I walked on the treadmill a long time last night and gonna try again today. I'm puttting extra effort in cause I have to go to the Dr. in Feb. for a A1c and I want to be in top shape. I was way to puny over Christmas & New Years. I've been out at the farm already and feed. I got good news that the closing will be next Tues. FINALLY! It's been a long ride for me. since hubbie past and all I have been threw.

I hope we all have sucess on our diets today and exercise. Go out and make it a good day. Gaye, where you at hiding?
