This is a check in by the way!!!!
Continuing on the water kick from yesterday. We have a tradition of sorts in this area called Thirsty Thursday. This goes back to when people from the factories would get paid on Thursdays. So everyone would get their pay packets and go to the pubs and bars and get toasted.
So on behalf of this strong Central Massachusetts tradition, I declare this Thirsty Thursday!
So remember to drink your water!!!

I"m getting a late start on today. Up to late, and drank to much water. It's really cold here, so I put extra clothes on. I did weigh before that and I have lost five pounds. I had to skip some meals to do it. To tell you the truth, I have had to remove temptation also. I am a weak soul! Anything to get started. Yea, lots of water everyone.

I have got to go out to the farm now. Talk later.

So Curious I think I know why I never went to bed and why I have got a BIG BUZZ ON, I think it was what is in your bottle instead of valium and lortab! I am so DRUNK...maybe water will wash out all the drugs!!!!!

first of all WOW Billie, 5 lbs already. Good job!

As far as the water goes that is all I drink anymore besides my cup or 2 of coffee in the morning. I am thirsty all the time mainly from dry mouth from the meds. Yes I have been tested for diabetes and it was negative. I quit all soda long ago, well I don't have it at home but if we go out I will sometimes have a pepsi especially with mexican food.

Now if I could get over the emotional eating that would be a big step. My son got in trouble at school and i bought donuts at the store. Now I had not bought any sweets for a month then I go and do this. I have only had 2 and I encouraging everyone else to eat them up so I won't. I hate when I do stuff like that but I am working on it.

I am going to the pain doc today for the same ole same ole. Although I am going to talk to her about trying something else but we will see.

I already got insominia real bad curious, have to take meds every night or alas no sleep, like last night. I couldn't remember if I took my ambien cr and by 4 am I figured it out...I didn't. LOL Even with ambien I don't go to bed untl around 2 or 3.

Sue you need a {{{{{{{{BIG HUG}}}}}}}} Kids can sure cause us to eat things. You are doing great drinking water and not eating sweets for a month.
