Thanks for the kind words! I do look in what we call Charity Shops, but I have had no luck sourcing the right sizes A shame as I do not like spending money on myself, especially on clothes. Jeans are common, but I cannot wear them as the weight of the material 'burns' my Hypersensitivity.

The thing about this size decrease is the Charity Shops are going to get some good, little-worn clothes to sell very soon.

Friday night after having drank half a gallon of beer, I tried to go to sleep with the .5mg klonipin and when I was still awake after 2am I got up and took another 1mg so that I could sleep. I did sleep (shut the alarm off )and overslept and got up at 9;30am called my 10 am appointment and told her I would be late.
It was a great day.
For lunch I had chicken salad and cream of brocolli soup, delicious.
For the day, I ended up seeing 4 clients and they needed care and support so that was good. I saw a new client and we talked alot she told me her dad committed suicide and I shared about my brother. then she said that she attempted.....I asked her what finally helped her..she said she was in that dark spot for 5 years. She had a lot of drug and alcohol use in the past. Her mind became clear when she stopped all of that. We talked so much, shared so much maybe too much....don't know if she will call me back???
My last new client was the husband of my last bed bound client that I had scheduled. I just happened to introduce myself as I was headed out the door and looked down at his feet and saw that he really needed his toenails trimmed. He agreed and I spent almost 2 hours with him, listening to war stories etc.
I love my job.
After work I went to whole foods and had a beer..coffee milk stout.. and some fries with gravy and cheese curds. yum.
I then came home and ate some leftovers spagetti, another beer, founders breakfast stout. very good! I had purchased a growler(half gallon jug) the night before.
Jeff came home from playing with the sky liners a big band that has been around for 66 years! He plays jazz guitar for them, he looks great in a tux!
Watched x-files and had a 3rd beer.

Now it is saturday night/sunday morning... and I just took .5mg of klonipin and will see if I can sleep. I have had 3 pints of beer. But I don't have to get up early tomorrow. I can hear Jeff snoring so he is asleep already.
I guess I will sign off.

A freaky thing happened to me tonight.
Jeff was gone to see a movie with a friend and I was snacky even though I had already had dinner at whole foods.
So I picked up a cup of ramen noodles from the pantry.
Riped off the plastic wrap and pulled back the sealed paper top to reveal a....
living COCK ROACH!!!!
oh my god......
I freaked out.
How can this be????
I was going to call jeff but he was in the movies then I called my sister and she calmed me down. Come to find out the roach had eaten his way thru the Styrofoam into the cup...there was a hole in the side of the cup easily visable once I turned it around.
I have to say I was shaken up over this.
I initially thought that this creature survived for years enclosed in this cup, eating hard ramen noodles....
geesh!

Urgh, roaches!!! Must have given you quite a turn, bizi. At least you solved the mystery of how it got there, although I still would not be calm. Thankfully, we have no roaches around here, too cold.

My daughter opened a sealed pack of noodles last year, tipped them into a bowl and found them full of giant flea-type bugs that were still alive!!! She reported it to the Manufacturer and Environmental Health - never did ask her the outcome.
