Default Thursday Roll Call
I am really enjoying my yogurt sprinkled with Kashi Go Light and a few blue berries. It slows me down (I eat too fast) and you really have to chew Kashi.
Plus it's filling.

As usual, whenever I try to diet I am obcessed with cooking...poor Mr.Alffe ate half a chocolate cheesecake for dinner last night.

hehehe bizi....now you know why you never had cheesecake growing up. he ate it all before you got a piece!

when i was growing up i thought all toast was black. totally black and burnt. that is what i always got.

Default Yum, diet food is good!
Alffe - One of my favorite things now is yogurt sprinkled with Nutty Nuts which is a generic brand of Grape Nuts. Maybe I'll try the blueberries.

Curious - Thanks for the good laugh re: your toast.

And who was the one who brought up CHEESECAKE! Oh, how I love cheesecake.

It's a good thing I've been able to have some restraint or I wouldn't be able to make it through the door.
