Hi all,

I am having a better time this morning with dealing with things. For one thing, I had a great day yesterday with smiles. I was over a neighbor's house and another neighbor was there who kept interupting me while I was speaking. Finally I had had enough and the last time she interupted me I shut up like I always do when interupted and waited for he to finish what she was saying. Then I told her, "that is a good point you made and thank you for interupting me." Well she apologized but the neighbor who had listened to it all busted out laughing and I thought she'd fall out of her chair she was laughing so hard. Well, to me laughter his contagious so I laughed my **** off putting smiles on my face every time I think about it.

Has anyone else have smiles to share?

I can't think yet befuddled. Had a bad time when I got up this morning, but thanks to a pain pill, I am doing better now. Its suppose to get warmer today. I sure hope so. I was going to put a picture of icicles hanging on my house, but my computer won't let me scan. I accidently put Explorer 7 on the computer and now no scaning. I got to take it off when I get time. I can still put things from photobucket so guess thats what I'll do.

I got Exploror 7 off my computer this afternoon. Some things just wouldn't work anymore. My printer mainly, now I read it may come back on by itself. I hated my toolbar!

Anyway, here is a pic I took last night, about dark of the icicles hanging on my house. It was 14 degrees! It's warming up some today.

I rode the Pink Pig with my childhood friend in Atlanta today and it was FUN! Got some good memobillia(Spell?) too. Only thing I an hardly stand up I am so tired. Worth every moment though. Decorated my scooter with a big red ribbon on the front basket. Hee, hee.

WE used to lick isicles when I was growing up and they were huge some of them.....always tasted metalicy...never really thought about how they were made etc...yuck! run off from the roof?

Gaye, hope the bladder thingie is better today. Knew you would be tired so I didn't try to call. I'm not getting the doll I ordered the breathing one. PayPal didn't send it or something. Anyway, they told me they did.

I am glad now, I did order the other doll from the same place you did. At least I will get it.

Oh Curious, my Dr. did get my drug approved today. And here they gave me 6weeks of samples. lol

Bizi, those icicles came from my gutters. They didn't hurt you tho. Think I did the same thing you did, when I was little. I also stuck my tongue on a frozen pipe too! that smarts!

Well, I'm back from saying a final good-bye to a wonderful friend who just could not stand up to cancer. His wife was my best friend in Salt Lake and my heart aches for her.

So I am still addressing cards and wrapping and we leave again for Utah on Saturday to spend Christmas with two of our children. The other two must work.

I just wanted to check in and let you know I'm still alive and I, too, licked lots of icicles when I was a kid.

Hi everyone, I have been around lurking just not posting. Nothing new to report on this end as far as weight loss goes. I was told I look smaller but have not weighed to verify it. Maybe I don't want to be let down ha ha

Love the stories about the icicles. Growing up in the desert I never had that treat of licking icicles. I love the pics of the snow so share when you can.

BF, I was reading about your ex. Sorry there is so much sadness for you right now. Lets hope and pray that next year will be your year for joy.
