My dad has been fighting pneumonia for a couple weeks and it's been a little taxing. He's doing better every day and really wants to come home, so we'll see what the docs think.

i didn't go out today.
i went back to bed this am and pm. at least i slept.
pain decreased. no infection i'm sure. i didn't call the dr.
i think wearing the bra 24/7 helped.

muscles better today too.
i called in my order for groceries. they're coming tomorrow.
i woke up and knew i wasn't going anywhere so just gave in to that.
i'll be in the wk/e too.

Good girl, dear Judy, your bod is talking to you and it sounds like the girls want to be in charge for now. You are doing the sensible thing and that is good on you, so keep it up and let yourself heal.

i had my groceries delivered this am. as predicted they made some boo boo's which i will correct after the wk/e. at least i only have to deal with half a dozen items instead of a whole list.

i went out and did a few errands too.
i picked up another 2 bras. the extra support has helped. with this heat it's hard to wear them more than a day. plus i'm told it may take a couple months for the girls to get back where they belong and 3 just isn't enuf. at least they're half the price of my "real" ones.

about ready to take a nap. my little friend is quiet.
a few of my neighbors are from India and have offered prayers and help if i need. it's very nice of them. one of them has the CUTEST little girl, Sonica. she'll be 2 in a few months. i think she and Kiddus have the market cornered on screaming. it's fitting they're at the end of the hall. she's just the littlest thing with big dark eyes and lots of hair, cut short. and she likes to run around without pants on. she smiles when she sees me now.

uh oh. i take that back about Kiddus being quiet. but i'm lying down anyway.

as expected i stayed home today.
went back to bed, read the paper etc.

the pain in decreasing but i'm still swollen.
i see the oncologist tomorrow and will report in.

still walking.
weight stable. usually within a couple of lbs.
i con't to try to hold down my intake.
hopefully in the coming wks i'll be able to lose.
i'm optimistic.

I do have some kind of bad news, DM got hurt in a little fall over the weekend, she landed on those brittle bones in her hip. I'll update when I hear from her.
