it's gotten cool here.
tomorrow we're supposed to see rain/snow and 39. ugh.

thurs is the Rockies' home opener for the season and it's supposed to be about 60.

2 wks til cathy comes. i need for this weather to make a turn towards spring.

Okay, Judy. It might finally be breaking around here, we actually hit 55° for a bit today. Whew, I'm sooooo ready! I didn't walk too much today, it was big grocery day and I didn't get my nap.

My sissy is coming in for an overnighter, so I'll probably end up staring at her for a few hours before I can go to bed.

Keep going, only a couple weeks till Broadmoor days.

dearest DM,
what if i don't wanna be good???

cathy comes the 15th or 16th.
we're spending 3 nites at the Broadmoor and she's staying a total of a wk.

well, i'll try to be good.

weight the same.
walked and did PT this am.
i really need take a nap but havn't laid down yet.

i've still been eating too much at nite and that's where i'm stuck.
i have the best resolve after dinner and then i don't care.
i try to visualize the +'s of losing the weight, and then don't care.

i can't figure myself out.

Hey Judy! Sorry I haven't been online. I had some internet issues. Sounds like your getting ready for your trip and friend coming. And the weather is breaking! We are going out today and taking advantage of the almost 70 degrees!

DM, you got your shorts on yet? lol

My weight is stable and I am starting to hate that word. haha I gave up most of my sugars, watch what I eat and working out, yet, still stable or gaining a pound or two. What's up with that?
