i'll respect that. didn't mean to offend. *judy sucking thumb* are you still my fwend? stable today. did my walking plus PT plus errands but got some good things done which means less next wk. hope you're all doing ok.

hey all...
my mom has a ab lounger..and it sits in her one room...just sits...as she gets dizzy feeling when doing it....I said not for me then...I get dizzy without it..much less dont need to get dizzy hehehe I took the job...I actually change over on Tuesday already....  nervous but excited....SNOW>...uggggg it just keeps coming....3-5 inches overnight and a bit more tomorrow.... where is springtime???  hugss all, sarahoh my confessions....lets see... I am 5'6" tall, weigh in at 178 as of now...before kids I was 150..and would just love to see that number now...sometime soon....heck I would like to see 170 then 160... working on it..hugssss,sarah |

Good Morning Judy! How's it going today? It's dreary here in TH, but next wk it's going to be high 60's to low 70's. Congrats on the job Sarah! You'll do just fine. About exercise~~ what works for one person doesn't always work for the next. I had a couple of machines while at Curves that I could not do. It's just an individual thing. Judy does her TM thing and it's great b/c she's moving. I do something different. Exercise is a trial and error. Sarah~ I cannot do Yoga, but it seems to work great for you. It's also one of the better types of exercise and also tends to be calming. Can you imagine me calmed down?? I say just move any way you can, even if it's from a sitting position. Carry on troops and that means you too, Sandy!!

Hi Everyone!
 WOW - have I missed this thread and boys I could sure use it!!!!! Where do I find one of those Ab Rollers?? Sandy, I like to put on my Ipod and dance & sing around the house. Of course when I am by myself! ice to see everyone and glad you are doing so well Nancy. Oh Nancy BTW - the first of June I am heading to Denver for a baby shower. Going to be there 5 days. Would love to meet up with you if possible.

it is very individual. you have to find something that works for you. i toooootally agree  gained a lb this am but i'm not spazing. by now i'm used to this up and down business. i didn't walk today. i had lunch with my friend at 1130 (chinese-bad for the wt gain) and then ran errands and then went to my massage which was 1 1/2hrs this time. i came home and got on the dreadmill but things were pulling too much and i didn't want to push a good thing. tomorrow my housekeeper is coming and i plan to go down to my storage locker and get out the luggage. monday is the DDS and car wash. tues i need to start laying out clothes etc for packing. and wed cathy comes. busy, busy but fun. FUN, finally.
