I do sometimes wonder still what I'd look like as a totally lean person with no flap leftover from the loss. Hm, this sounds like a job for photoshop.

this am i had PT. my last visit will be mon and i'm glad i'll have 2 days/wk back to myself. i can do everything at the time but boy do i pay the rest of the day.

tomorrow is brkfst with my once a month friend. (NO, not that kind cindy).
tomorrow's supposed to be cool and rainy. we need the moisture badly.

weight stable but i'm not doing anything to lose.
walking done at PT. that's part of the reason i was so tired.

i should have stayed in bed longer but watched this slime of a person pedophile outed on the dr phil show. his lame excuse? "i forgot what i did". his wife? why doesn't he remember?" dr phil? "did you ever consider he's just lying?"

they're calling the cops. good.

anyway. need to work up a rough budget this wk/e. my yrly financial planner mtg is next wk. that ought to be an eye opener.

my friend got involved with staffing issues at the hospital and forgot about brkfst. so i ordered and read the paper.

from here on out i'm going to leave her a message the nite before to remind her. then if she can't make it she can call me.
don't mind saying that i understand but i'm a little peeved as i use some spoons to get up and ready and to be there at 1000.

i got to work up a rough budget and i'm horrified at how much $$ is going out.
i don't know how much i can cut but i'm going to have to stop spending and cut out as many extras as possible.

tomorrow i'm in. i did laundry today and household stuff. i'm resting sun as the wk ahead holds something to do each day.

That would make me a little peeved, too, Judy. If it happens often, I'd rethink the plans and suggest an alternative.

Here's some good news about budgets: If you don't have any money, you never have to concern yourself with how much you're spending.

Sorry about your breakfast date. We went out for breakfast yest and today w/friends. I don't eat alot, usually order a real thin, crispy on the edges pancake and eat the outside of it. It's just the idea of going out for the ritual that I like.
