Judy is talking about an air cushion I sent her. She is currently using a gel cushion that isn't helping her feel better. The cushion I sent her has little triangles of air that she can remove and add to adjust to her comfort level. If that doesn't work I have another for her to try. Shoot we get them from the VA for Jim and if they don't work for Jim they send another kind. So, Judy was the first we sent to.

Judy, I also have a gel cushion that you can try. It is foam all around but in the booty area it's all gel. Is that how your current cushion is?

Yesterday I got my exercise in by mowing the lawn and pulling weeds. Today I planted some flowers in the flower boxes and cut dead branches off my lilac. Weight stable mable.

Still working with a little muffin top from winter here. I've been doing my stepper every day and yes, I'm feeling it. Mostly, it's pain in my hip flexors and I'm hoping to build them up.

I installed a new hardware system on the railing of my deck to accommodate a hanging plant and the hummer feeder. I'm really hoping to draw them out of the trees where I can see them mocking me!

Also walked instead of scooted into the store and that kind of did me in. Carp, I want to be running by next week!

what exactly is a muffin top?
i'd like to see a pic of that.

sandy, no foam. it's just a straight up gel cushion. it covers the entire chair area. i got it in a specialty office chair store in boulder, just outside of denver.
my brother was involved if that tells you anything.

When you click on it there should be a little scroll thing on the right. Take your mouse and move the bar down to see all the moods. Let me know about the air cushion. If that one doesn't work we'll move to the gel cushion sitting pretty downstairs with no booty to call home. :-)

Muffin roll...haha I have one of those.

Muffin Top:

This one also qualifies as a DOAFLM, but that's from a foreign language.

OMG cindy. i didn't mean for YOU to post your own picture!

i went out this am to run an errand. i went to the skechers store with my walker. all around a small store. bought a couple of shoes on sale half off and sat. but i was getting warm and i was very tired. made it out to the car and the heat (75 degrees)/car was too much. i stopped at Mimi's Cafe and had cold water, a cup of caffeine, a rest, and the top of a muffin (NO, not THAT kind ). i felt better but still tired, altho cool.

ran 2 more errands (drive-thru's) and came home. turned on my AC.
soon i'm going to bed. it just doesn't take much these days to tire me out.

weight stable.
still have to do the dreadmill. later.

tomorrow is another "free" day and i'm making myself go out as i have a few more errands to do. like car wash, gas (uh) etc.

what are you guys doing for mom's day wk/e? anything special.
i already know what DM's doing. LM, LY DM. i'm just having lunch with my prior absent friend sat and will probably stay home sun. days like that i wish i had my mom back, if just for a day.

I am not doing anything this weekend. The boys have finals up at school the following week so I told them to stay and study. They are coming home for the summer the following weekend anyway.
