i still have to walk. today is massage day but i'm only going for 1 hr. so rebound pain should be minimal.

i called quest yesterday about my phones. they will charge me $85 to come out. i first put in a call to maintenance and we'll see what they say. i also may ask a friend to come over. i have 2 in mind. i really, really don't want to get on the floor again but i may plug in the old protector and see if i get the phone back. that means it's got something to do with the new one. after that it will cost me $$$$.

i'll check in later.
wishing you all well.
i think about all the folks who check in with me and appreciate it even tho you don't post.
Hey, Judy,

Why not mount the surge protecter to the desk so you don't have to get on the floor? Sheesh, no way would I dink around down there, I wouldn't be able to get up! Plus, no wires all over the floor. Just a couple nylon zippy strip thingies and it's all neat and in a row. Much easier!

Good on you for the poundage, so where does that have you now? All this math is getting to be too much for me.

let's see:

i'm at 201. 22 lbs lost and 18lbs to go to get back to my 40lb loss.

add all that up and i have a ways to go.
but anything down is a good thing and i've been trying really hard.

could it be that i'm getting back to my skinny butt self?
THAT! is the Q.

my ANSWER is that i lost 1.7 lbs this am
now i'm below 200, 199.5. hey, gotta take it, right?

i walked this am.

had my repeat mammo and they want to do a biopsy. now i'm really worried. please help me til next wed (0815). i'm feeling the stress and don't want to overeat.

the posioning should be a "scream". they lay you stomach down on this table with your boops hanging down. then i guess they squeeze it in position, numb the skin, and insert the biopsy needle. OY! then they tape your chest up. a friend said she'd go with me good friend. then we're going out to brkfst; lox and bagels. i could have driven myself (they said so) but it's nicer to have some company.

THEN, i opened my refrig this am and a can of diet pepsi had frozen and exploded! it's all over the place. i just don't have the energy to deal with the clean up. at least today. my housekeeper is coming sunday but i'll try to deal with it before then. she told me she'd do it tho. maybe i'll just give her some extra $$ and let her do it.

going to the grocery store early tomorrow and then i'm going to lay low a few days.

see ya's.

Oh Judy, I am sorry about your second mammo. Try not to worry just yet even though I know you are secretly. You know they do this to check and make sure it's not cancer. I will say extra prayers for your biopsy. I am glad your friend is going with you. hugs

Gotta love the maintenance guys! Were they cute? Did they wear tool belts?
