hey all,
keep up that moving, and eating well....healthier choices are best for all parts of the body..woohoooo

I just had pizza for dinner, but limited amount...I did just get home from doing an hour long yoga class I do on Mondays...yeahhhhh

I have also been doing yoga dvds at home...actually daily so far for a week...yeahhh

looking forward to the benefits of the yoga...as many workouts get me feeling dizzy...but the yoga is relaxing, yet muscles are feeling it...yeahhhh

rainy here....went from 0degrees, the other day...to today is 40degrees now raining then later tonight suppose to get cold again below 0 in few days....uggg what a mess for the snow already on ground ...

oh well...

keep up the good work all....think before you eat, take time to rest enough, and get some moving in that body daily..even small things....hugssss,sarah
