Is there something wrong with my computer or is the colors different? It just don't look right, Curious! I'm completely drained of my energy this morning and I have so much I need to do. Think I'll drink a cup of coffee and see if I can get woke up.

Alffe, I am sorry that you are feeling wretched....I hate being sick.
I think it is common to come down with illness after the holidays and being up under stress.
Hoping that you feel better soon.
Have you gone to see your doctor and on antibiotics....?

Bizi, I believe lots of the sickness is stress induced this time of year. Lowers our resistange. Next year we can remember to take more Vitamin C! (:

Hi everyone, sorry that there are so many sick here. Oh by the way you can add me to the list. Daughter got sick right after Christmas, I got it New Years Eve day and now hubby has it. Fun for me...NOT!!!


But hey on the bright side I have lost 7 pounds. Don't know how or where I lost it but I am not going looking for it. I have been eating lots of soup and no big meals so maybe that is an answer for me. I am going to make another big batch of veggie soup tomorrow, maybe today if i get an energy boost.

Went to the pain doc today and she is sending me back to my surgeon. Not sure about that but may go just to hear what he has to say.

So glad to hear from you, but sorry you and your family have been sick. I am afraid to get on the scales again. Bad sign! Glad you could lose some, if you were sick anyway. It didn't work that way for me.

The soup eating is a great way to lose weight I have heard. I can lose easier when I eat the WW version of a low cal low carb veggie soup. I blend mine and drink it. Yummmmm. To me it is like drinking a nice thick, chunky veggie milkshake.
