Hmmm, I need a couple new variations. So I'm thinking ahead.
I like my oatmeal, but today a banana will go into it for breakfast. I'm having water with my breakfast, and milk. I have to drink something with my meds, so it will be the milk or hot tea today. I have my bursitis of the shoulder reevaluation. I'm hoping the pain stays down. It will maybe be a record, on the pain shot. Donna Looking for a thought for lunch. Hmmmm, anyone know if chicken salad is okay for you. And if you don't eat a lot of bread if its okay for you with chicken salad. Donna |

chicken salad should be fine. lots of protein.
just don't put mayonaise in it, or very little. i switched to the low fat mayo. it's good. can't take the no fat. i also added some finely chopped olives (but watch the salt) and that adds a good taste. or you could just use pimentos. i also like celery in it. you could have it with tomato and cucumber slices and just a bit of salad dressing. then add a fruit and you'll be set.

paul newmans makes a great low fat balsaulmic vinnegrette dressing that is great...a bit salty but really good on all sorts of foods you can even cook with it!

I didn't get a lunch, because I was out running aroudn.
