I too, am sorry PT isn't working out for you gals. I just got up in the middle of the night for bathroom and decided to post. I slept real good the night before and thats unusual for me. I was hoping I could break this pattern of sleep.

Gaye, call anytime. I been thinking I would call you too! Today I got an appointment with councelor at 1:00 pm., for about an hr. Then I am free. I found the cutest doll at our favorite store yesderay and didn't buy it cause, I was just about out of money. Wish now I would of charged it. She was big and cute as could be. Why did I not buy her? I stood and watched another woman pick her up and get her. I don't need more, if I would only sort threw mine and rid some out.

I too, am slipping on diet and wish I could only be strong and buy some popcles instead of frozen yogert. Someone needs to come in and inspire us or chew us out, for this.

Yes, Mam. I, uh. will try to shape up or ship out! Its back to exercise for me today, if I don't do nothing else.....No more golf cart running Momma Curious. I did buy lots of salads soooo will have that for lunch. I had special K for breakfast, 1 per cent milk and some water. Well talk later, if I am able.

It's strawberry season and I got a bunch at a roadside stand near me....am enjoying them sliced on my South beach cereal in the morning.

PT was better this Monday and tomorrow I will go back.
Told them I could not pull on rubber bands.
Today I tripped in the living room on the vent in the floor, where it kinda sticks up a bit. I didn't fall just went sailing across the room and as I did I slamed my foot down real hard on the floor...soooooo...now I got a big backache.
Ha, went to the mall with my friend and had a ball anyway. I rode a scooter and shopped and shopped. Then we went to my "favorite place" found nothing there...sob... no dolls...sigh but it was still such fun!! Oh yeah, we ate out too!

As soon as I finally start losing some real weight am planning on going back to being froggie again and writing in green letters. Right now this frog is so big she can't hop at all...can't even croak or say ribbitt. If I try I am so full from overeating, I let out with a BIG BURP instead! LOL

Gaye, my hair appointment will start at 11:00am and I should be home by 1:00 pm. i do hope we can talk soon again. I have patient on Friday and Sat. I work all afternoon at store in town. next week I am having some work done on the house, 2 of the porches. Always something, don't let that stop you. I can't go to Terre Haute, almost all roads are closed do to the damage from all the flooding. Its bad all around here. I drove 28 miles further yesterday out of my way, just so I could go to the bigger town. It wasn't worth it!

I am afraid to get on the scales. My tummy is bigger and it makes me sick. I even got a sticky on refrigator, just to remind me. This yogert has made me sick at my stomach. Must not eat anymore.

I did take two walks today, trying to exercise more.

It doesn't seem to matter what I eat. I don't lose anything.

But I am eating healthy. And I'm doing the exercise. SO its just
going to have to wait.

I'm not going to give myself a hard time, there just doesn't seem
to be anything I can do.

I am not eating desserts, and I'm eating lots of salads.

So its got to be something.

Hi Gals...Quick check in!! Bad eating day on the fly....my daughter has been sick bad bladder infection...she was in emerge today ...home with me tonight.
My Grama went for results on her last ultrasound on her breast cancer...she was doing so well for a while but it has decided to come back and is now in her lymph nodes. She is 89 and will have no surgeries and no radiation or chemo. I feel very sad tonight
