i'm still sticking to the sb. i do need more fiber, so i'll have to modify it it a little. i'm not used to the cheese. i love it, but it doesn't love me.
i think a fast is a good idea. or even just a liquid day. have your v8 and lemon water or green tea all day. i think it would be good for me too. a detox day. enjoy your weekend alffe. boosting your spirits with a fantastic weekend? what a better way to get off the plateau! i am going to the movies to see narnia this weekend. no matter what! so i will blow it with popcorn. no soda or candy. i have to have my popcorn.

I think even a weight gain of a pound or two can be so discouraging when you are dieting...but they say that is normal to be steady for a while.
Maybe doing the stage one again would energize your metabolism? I have to get off this computer.... slept well last night...two nights off one night on...I can live that way. It will get better with time...have to believe that. make it a great day! you can do this...yes you can! bizi

HI, i'm watching everybody and what you're doing sounds great. I am down and I mean down big time with my back and muscle spasms. Church people are bringing food. So very nice of them!

Breakfast: 1/2 cup oatmeal. the long cooking kind. (plain) and 2 egg whites, scrambled. java
AM Snack: 10 almonds and long celery stalk. Lunch: none so far..i have a full tummy feeling. i'm real thristy today for some reason. drinking lots of water and iced green tea. ( plain..no sweetners) nothing much for exercise. achy neck and back. i'll do some stretches.

large banana-120 calories
2 c of java with vanilla creamer-75 cal (I need to try the sugar free!) 1 small canned of mild green chilis cut up in can of tuna fish with 2 tablespoons of ranch salad dressing-total 305 calories this was really good as the chilis gave it a little zip! I can of tuna fish has 125 calories and 2 carbs and 30 grams of protein!!!! It is a great food choice on any diet....and good for you! total calories for day so far: 500 dinner: 8 cherry tomatoes-30 cal 4oz of chicken breast with pepper jack cheese-310 cal yogurt-100 cal 1/2 c milk-50 cal 510 cal for a daily total of 1010 calories and it is only 5:15! since we usually go to bed around midnight...that is a lot of time to go, will have to be very careful! I really need to go to the store and pick up some green things to eat! Broccolli, salad, cucumbers etc. bizi how do people get in their fruit without using a bunch of calories? eat strawberries right? That gets expensive, what fruit do you eat?

try mxing the sugar free and the regular bizi. your husband may not notice the difference.
that tuna sounds good. i stock up on those little cans of chili's.

Thanks for asking about me. I lerk here sometimes. I am still on South Beach diet and down to a size 14. I have lost 25 pounds and can't seem to lose anymore. I have suffered alot emotional wise and don't seem to have many friends. Its hard to talk about.
