Cool

stupid question:

If I take a multivitamin, do I really need to worry about eating fruit?

you need to be sure you are getting all the nutrients. a multi just doesn't cut it. you can get all the vitamins in veggies. a bell pepper..red, yellow or green is loaded with vit c.

are you wanting to cut them out 100%?

Breakfast oatmeal chocolate chip breakfast cookie, water

snack: water, water

lunch lemonade, celery, chocolate chip cookie, real lunch and supper together
later

exercise:
recumbent bike 15 minutes
tread mill 10 minutes
arm machine 3 minutes

2:00 Lunch & supper meal: Cheese Sub Mozarella, american and sub bread, wheat and macaroni and cheese, tea.

dessert: strawberry, banana, orange juice smoothie, with ice too,

Those were honestly the only ingredients. It was that or ice cream.

5:00 coke

water, water, water, hot tea.

Probably will have cereal for the fiber later.

well curious, I take extra vit c, 2,000 mg
The multi vitamin has a load of ingrediants, I also take extra folic acid, mag, fish oil, flax seed oil, cacium chews....
I really like fruit but alot of them have alot of calories/sugar/carbs
I know that fresh is better for anything really....
jsut verbalizing here...
I just saw jos list of super foods fruits, did not know that blueberries were so good for us!
I wonder if they make a blue berry pill...supplement?
they are so expensive!

i'm sure i will add some back, since i like it so much. but i will sure look at which is the lowest in sugar! cantalope is one of the lowest. watermelon is just sugar water.

stuck to the sb yesterday.

pain levels were high. by evenig i felt like a slug and walked around the complex 2 x then finished off in the fitness center while the kids went swimming.

that will be a great motivator for me. the fitness center is right off the pool. i can see them the whole time. plus..lil'monkey isn't a little kid and grandmonkey wears a lifevest even though he can swim like fish.

adding the metamucil has helped some, but not enough. i'm going to have to modify more.

i am drinking lots of water.

Cherries have a very low glycemix index.
