no, we didn't win we have a lot of players out with injuries but that's no excuse for how bad we played. and the game before was even worse. i don't know what's wrong with the team but something is.

guess what? i got a call from my dr's assistant in her new practice. SHE'S GOING TO TAKE ME!!!!! AND, SHE'S ONLY GOING TO CHARGE ME $50/mo instead of $200!!! i'm so relieved.

i slept really well last nite. and felt great this am. did the grocery shopping.
now i'm ready for a nap.

Judy, that is great that she's accepting you and only charging you $50!!!!

Jim was teasing his doc today on the phone about doing house calls and he asked the doc if he would charge him. He just laughed at Jim. hahaha

He's a good doctor and we hope he never leaves the VA.

today was a momentous day.
i went for a bra fitting.
the girls are locked and loaded again. they're at ATTENTION! stacy london would be proud i'm a new size and i ain't tellin.

weight stable. holding steady.
while i'm struggling to keep losing i have to remember that i've still kept 20lbs off. looking at the + side.
still walking.

i decided to make a reservation for a car to take me to the airport.
that way i can sleep an extra hr and i found a discount coupon in the paper.
if you order the van they pick you up extra early so they can pick up 6 more people. whatever saves me time, but most of all energy, is the right thing for me.

today was an uneventful day.
i took my car in and NOTHING was wrong or needed fixing/maintenance. yay!

tomorrow is my massage and boy am i ready.
then friday i'm driving up to Boulder to have lunch with "the bro" and my sil.

i have it. it was highly recommended to me (by my pcp actually).
i havn't read it yet and was curious.

Hello Judy dear~ We've had such splendid weather, but today the other shoe dropped. My beautiful fall colors have given way to windy, rainy, bleak, cloudy gunk!

I got a call from my massage gal yest, and it was perfect timing, as I went right in and she worked me over. It really did help, so I was grateful. *so was she~ she raised her fees!*

i pay a lot for my massages too. she raised her rates a yr or so ago.
i used to pay $60, now i pay $70. it's a killer as i need to go every wk.
