i feel better today.
the cream is working and the pain is down.
i spoke to my therapist and to my friend and feel much better.

and, i spoke to you.

i'm still walking and my weight is stable.

i'm going for my flu shot soon and then a nap.
only 2 more days and wk 4 will be over. yay.

Hey Judy, I am popping in to say hi! Glad to see your feeling better. Jim and I got our flu shot Monday. It did make our arms sore, we can still feel it. lol Ibuprofin helped for the day after.

today i did my tx and came home.
i walked this am cause when i get home i'm tired.

BB is feeling a bit better.
tomorrow is friday!

at the end of every wk i go out for lunch, read the paper and relax.
tomorrow i'm going for japanese. i think chicken terriyaki. i get the salad and end up only eating half.

nothing much planned for the wk/e except my sat massage.
i'll be glad when my schedule gets back to normal. a sat massage means i have to be up and out 6 days out of 7.

well, off to nappy land.

i actually took a nap and slept today.
i feel better and now i'm up to watching the debates! now that's an OY.
but i will watch because it's my civic duty

1 more day of irradiating the entire breast, then just the Ca area itself.
the cream is a wonder. the skin is really healing well.

i'm in til massage and errands tomorrow.
resisted going out to lunch (my fri end of wk).
came home and had tuna sandwich.

Boy, what a great feeling it must be, dear Judy, to know that you're just a hop, skip & a jump from the finish line. You've been a powerhouse through all of this carp and you should be quite proud.

I had to get up predawn today to run Jack in for some breathing tests, then over for some bloodwork. I ran two errands, got home to pay a few bills, and just faded away until 6:30 pm. I am just too old to keep up with an 86-yr.-old.

i'm so glad to have 2 days off.
i feel like this radiation is a 9-5 job and i'm not up for working.

my breast is bright red and underneath it's feeling raw again.
it's hot to the touch.
i think i have a radiation burn.
but they say it's "normal".

i'm using the cream and hope by monday i get some more healing.

had my massage today. boy was i tight. especially my back. no rebound pain tho.

a couple of guys (1 works in the leasing office, & his roomate) helped me move the patios furniture off the patio and into the apt. if you can only imagine a 1 BR apt. living room furniture and dining room together.

then add a treadmill, 2 recliners, my walker and the scooter! now add a large patio table and 4 chairs. all sitting in my LR. i hope the weather is good mon (might rain) so they can get this remodeling/painting show on the road. the guys said they'd help me move it all back too.

i went to the french bakery and bought some goodies for them as a thank you. and i never touched a thing
