thanks sox,

things are going well. all except my eating/wt loss which is non-existent.
that was the whole reason i started this thread, because i was committing to walking and losing wt.

i just don't have my head wrapped around my eating.
but i am still walking.
now that i'm over the breast cancer challenge i'm wondering if i should abandon the thread?

what do you guys think? and be honest. does it really benefit anyone? or am i just writing a journal here?

Judy dear, keep posting, it is journal for you and helpful I am sure for you. WE love to keep reading and seeing how you are doing!!!

So, keep walking as you are, and lets get you thinking healthier choices, even if small baby steps on that right now!!

I am sitting here knowing there is a box of donuts on counter, hubby ran out to bring son to ortho apt. for 8am, so I could sleep in on day off, came home with donuts!! Think he bought the ones I LOVE too, boston cream...he also bought us the wii fit. So we can use that more for workouts lol...donuts workouts

anyhow, about to have coffee, and maybe raisin bran!! hugsss,sarah (who is thinking donut but trying not to hehe)

Judy, please don't shut it down. Your breast cancer was a bump in the road and we stood by you through it because that's what we do for each other. You could not have focused on your weight going through all that, who could? So now that it's over let's get back on track and ready for spring ok?

Hey Oh Inspiring One!! It looks like the jury is in and your fans do not want you to close this thread, BUT~ what do YOU want to do??? If this thread is a stress reliever and motivator, than I think you have your answer. We all fall off the proverbial eating healthy food wagon from time to time, and Yes, I am also guilty of that.

I do, however, only give myself a 2 -3 lb variation, so as soon as I gain a little, I tighten up and take it back off. Even though you are not at your goal wt, just keep in mind that every lb gained is just that much harder to take back off. Spring is coming and now is the time to pick yourself back up and change your eating habits. It's hard, I know! I battle between choosing the candy and pizza over the salad all the time. If I do eat out (ex= pizza) then I choose a very light meal for the other part of the day.

If it was so easy to be thin, there wouldn't be so many wt loss programs, diets, diet pills, exercise regimens out there. It's a choice and one that each individual has to make on their own. You can do it Judy, as you've got all the tools, knowledge and know how~ you just need your determination and IRON WILL back.

good thing I did 55min on the WiiFit!! ski jumping, jogging, stepping, yoga, all sorts of fun things.
