And working with the dumbells again. (No. That is not code for my sons. HA!) The best fat burner is muscle. At least for me it is.

Have to buy new scales, too.

Yeah. It's funny. A fat dude with broken scales. Who didn't see that one?
Moose, they were showing a guy from the news the other night. He had lost 100 lbs. Last years New Years resolution was that he would make healthier choices. Not diet.

So he did all year. He didn't have a strict diet at all. He would just ride his bike a few blocks instead of driving. If he and his friends went to McDonalds. He would order a happy meal, instead of a Big Mac.

When faced with a choice of a Steak and baked potato, he would skip the baked potato and choose a salad with his steak.

In one year, he lost 100 lbs.

He said when he first got his bike he could barely ride it. Now he says he rides it everywhere.

So I think it's more about Healthier choices.

Last year we would start some exercise threads.

When you read the post, you had to do the exercise to the best of your ability. Hit the thanks button when done.

Sometimes it was just sitting and stretching. Or sitting at your desk and doing arm raises. Walk around your chair. March in place. Something to just move.

Do y'all want to do that again this year?

she mentioned butt, that made me think of kegels...(shhh moose for the ladies)

anyhow, forgot to weigh in, I dont usually get up and check scale..got up way early and went to work.

I will try to remember tomorrow to see if anything different on scale.

I did so far eat very healthy choices, oatmeal and yogurt for breakfast (two things I like so not like hard to choose these) at work today, when getting hungry, I grabbed the small fruit parfait!! I did have ice coffee..just the coffee kind..(not the rigged up fancy kinds some mcds have)

Came home, and had a few saltines with Peanut Butter (favorite that PB), and with some milk (which I have always dont skim since way back when)

Yeahhh for the 1lb...yeah for the thread about moving...and yeahhh for us all...

WE can do it, Moose come on now, give me some sort of strength training, let me know what you did today.

I worked 8 hours on feet, so have to rest..maybe I will get a bit of yoga done later...we will see after a nappy. (as my legs are pinging in pain and numbness...)
hugsss all,sarah
