Default Hi Ladies, believe it or not I finally am here

Hi everyone,

I know you all probably think I flew the coop and sorta did for a while "so to speak" I've been out of town and had a lot of things to catch up on when I got back. Hubby and I went to his Dad's in Richmond, VA for Thanksgiving. That was an interesting visit since his Dad is a grouch. The poor guy will be 80 in July and has arthritis, practically blind and had several strokes so that could explain a lot.

I'm sorry I haven't been writing on here in awhile I'll try to do better.

Hi Janster, nance and all the rest. I know I've kinda let you girls down lately. Nance I read where you were having some bladder problems. I drink plenty of water and cranberry juice and that helps cystitis. I have more stomach-related GERD and slow emptying of my stomach which causes me to feel full long after I've eaten a meal, thus I have lost some weight but am worried that I may be developing gastroparesis so I eat small meals several times a day.

Hope all of you had a great Thanksgiving!!

Love Ya
Lynn52

Thumbs up Hi Lynn~

I'm glad to see you are back with us. Come to think of it Nancy hasn't posted for a few days. She must be feeling sick. The cystitis can be painful. Better see a doctor before you get kidney problems too.

Lynn, are you ready for Chrismas? I haven't got that first present yet, but the house is decorated. I wanted to get in the spirit. I sold my husbands pickup yesterday. That makes for some nice Christmas money.

I took a couple days off and now its time to work again. Talk later,
Blessings,
BC

Lynn,

Nice to meet you. I'm kind of a newbie to this forum.

Default I'm Here, I'm Here !!!

Morning All,

I've been thinking (scary) and I think that we have a couple of fantastic groups here at "Weight Loss" and both of them are class acts, the oldies and the newbies. We have very little, if any, back biting and bickering between the two. We are extremely lucky that we just naturally blended. I think we have more that we can do to mix together so if anyone has any ideas, just put them out there for us to consider. Like the story - that was great. We should be able to be free to write what we want to talk about and not worry about making someone mad. But, common sense should lead us when putting ideas down on paper. And inadvertant hurts sometimes happen so we can clear those up by asking forgiveness. That's it. ALL FOR ONE AND ONE FOR ALL!!! Hurray!

I have been in a lot of pain lately because there is a lot going on in my homelife and personal life. The doctors keep finding things they think may be wrong with me so now next week I have MRI's to try to figure it out. Ya know, there comes a time that test becomes a pain in the butt. But that's where I am at but I'm always with you and read all the posts and try to stay connected with my web family.

LYNNERS - for goodness sake, woman. I have missed you lots and lots. I think I have PM for you - maybe. So happy you are back - giggle - giggle!

SUE - You are right - someone forgot to tell Mother Nature this is Nevada!

LS - (((((hugs)))))

Love you all,
Nancy - H

I just wish I had pics of more of you guys so I could have some more fun...... I don't think I do anything bad, or hurt anyone's feelings do I? If I ever do, I hope you guys tell me, cuz I sure don't mean to. I just have a strange sense of humor. I still think my favorite is SueBabes family:
Course, this is a goodie too (of BS showing off chair dancing):

Default Welcome home Lynn!!

Jan I think you know that you bring smiles to everyone here! Sometimes a few or maybe a little at times but always a sense of humor from you! You keep our days bright here when we have lost ourselves. So bring it on!!! I love it! And need it when I feel . You are truely an amazing spirit!! Love ya for all you do!

Nancy you said it all. I do hope things get better on the homefront for you. I am battling the territory myself so I know how disheartening it can be. I hope your MRI's give you some answers. Maybe then whatever it is can be treated. I have been trying a chiropractor but he even said it won't help long term. Once I get to that place where I am feeling better and reach that peak it will all start downhill again and then the depression starts. He said for people like me it is just a vicious circle. Not what I wanted to hear but I know he is oh so right! So I am learning on some days to accept it. Others......well I get mad and depressed because of it. But life goes on pain and all doesn't it? Just hope for better days when we can.

Take care everyone.

Sher
