Default Tired but here

I wish I could stop being so tired! I get not much done on weekends, I want to stay in PJ's and sleep.

Work tomorrow but they are calling for another snowstorm, nothing like the last one, but roads will be bad again to travel.
I may have to miss work and the pay....

Nikko I had trigger points when my knot got to much a few weeks ago. I use lidoderm patch too to loosen and daily rub with biofreeze. It comes up from the traps, I brace, like fight or flight syndrome and my shoulders feel like they are up to my ears from tightening up.

The hot tub should give some relief, and use a rub of somekind.
On my skull I use ice, and traps I use heat pad after I rub out.
But getting the traps loose is a big key.
I hope you feel better.
Di
