Default vit D supplements interfering with Verapamil maybe

Bizi,

About two and a half years ago I asked mdoc to check my vit D levels.
I do not remember what they were except according to her chart they were high low (1 or 2 points below normal). The lab flagged it. Mdoc told me to take 2000 iu a day. I was doing that some days.

Since December 2011 I have been getting direct sun in the early afternoon for 30-45 mins twice a week.
I was also taking supplements most days. I was feeling more anxiety when I was focusing on taking the vit D daily. I stopped the D and feel better.
I will have to experiment in the future to see if that is really what was happening.

maybe when you figure out when to take your multi vit you could take the tiny gel cap of vit d too. I take 6,000 units 3 tiny pills to keep my levels at 58 where they need to be.
sorry it was stressful for you and glad that you are sitting in the sun, I don't do that at all. Sitting in the sun is probably relaxing?

Bizi,

The Vit D interferes with my Verapamil which is a Calcium Channel Blocker. The Verapamil is my mood stabilizer.
I am not sure if it is good for me to take vit D. The vit D was not working anyway.
The sun works. I feel good now (since December) for the first time in my memory.

Not sure about why you have problems with the twitching, but my cervical plexus injury sometimes irratates the nerve to my eye and it will twitch. Especially if I am doing work looking down, like the blackberry syndrome....
Hope it goes away and stops bother you df.
