Hi everyone.
My ankles and calves need exercieses to be stretched. My massage therapist told me to do the one at the wall. I hate to say it, but I've forgotten how. And I'm not home, to look for my pictures, if I have any. Does anyone know how to look them up online. I can't find them the right way. Also if you have a facebook account, go to the ARC of USA. And vote for Derrick's account. For a trip to DC ![]() Donna |

Thank you Mari The ones I've used in the past are there. And even a couple I've wondered why I couldn't try. So now I have lots. Donna ![]() |
