Dear Bizi

i hope you are feeling better today. how much advil? a pharmacist told me it doesn't have very good antiinflammatory effects below 400mg doses.

i hope the doctor can suggest something useful. maybe even something topical that will not make things worse while you wait for the abx to kick in or the culture.
