thank fully I slept fine until 6am when I got up, very unusual for me I wanted to get another dose of antibiotic in me and eat a yogurt because I am supposed to take it with food, so have been alternating it with cheese and now yogurt. The probiotic I take once a day 2 hours after the antibiotics, wonder how many yogurts I should eat a day.
 This is a strong antibiotic. I should sit up for a while after taking it.The probiotic is align (bifidobacterium infantis 4mg). So far no GI symptoms with the anti-bx except a little burning sensation. I have a tolerable gut. thank goodness. I think I am less swollen today which is good. thanks for putting up with me....  bizi think that I will go back to bed....
