I cooked 4 cups of spring mix baby greens im the microvawe last night they were good with a bit of italian dressing on them. tomatoes carrots, I eat all of my carbs from vegetables. oh and some peanut butter that I was craving.:)
kale for lunch and creamed turnips too, I had chicken tortialla soup minus the totillas for lunch it was all very good and filling. I forgot I had an avacado last night.At the health food store they serve meat and veggies for lunch anslet me have an extra veggie instead of a potato. lunches are really easy to follow my diet. I hope you are ok after your appointment.

thanks all. i think i have a special doctor. he said considering all the medications i am on i am doing very well. he said it is hard for me to lose weight because of all the medications and he knows they caused the massive weight gain. he said my a1c went down to 5.8 and was very pleased.

I like his thoughts on the weight. I think that was the way my doctor
thought on my weight, so he never pressured me to loss.:grouphug:

i was so worried about this visit...because of what to expect from him and the results. I am just so relieved. I even called a friend who is doctor phobic to recommend him. he really was gentle.I am so glad about your doctor. i think if we are pressured it just makes it so much harder.
